General Description:

It's great when everyone helps with pack-up - but we need one person to be responsible for ensuring that it is done. 

Pack-up details:
- chairs in stacks of 10 in the cupboard (don't drag chairs, use trolley)

- tables stacked in cupboard

- sweep floors (including carpet and check the bathrooms too)

- vacuum if needed

- empty bins 

Please don't:
- please don't start packing up too early, wait till people have started leaving.
