General Description

Usually there will be people available and happy to help with setting up - but we need at least one person who can arrive on time and get started, and who can ensure everything is how it should be. 

Arrival Time Guide:
Please aim to arrive at 8:40 am. The person with the key and signs usually aims for 8:15am.  

Set-up details:
- chairs - setup chairs with two isles. Start close to the front with 6 aisle 7 aisle 6. Angle the outer chairs a bit. Make sure the aisle is about the same width without getting wide toward the back  

- place stacks of chairs at back for latecomers  

- tables - 1 welcome. 2 morning tea. 1 sound.
